Deqing, Zhejiang – July 2025 – From July 1st to 13th, Wuchan Zhongda Yuantong Cable Co., Ltd. (brand name: Zetastone Cable) successfully organized a comprehensive two-week onboarding program for its 2025 cohort of new employees at its Future Factory – Deqing Intelligent Manufacturing Base. Over a hundred vibrant new talents, graduating from universities across China, converged with shared aspirations. Transcending disciplinary boundaries, they gathered with diverse perspectives to collectively chart the future of intelligent cable manufacturing. On this stage, aligned with the company's vision of being "Domestically Leading, Internationally First-Class," they embarked on a transformative journey from campus elites to future pillars of the industry.
Chairman Zhaowen Yang inaugurated the program by delivering an inspiring first lesson. Drawing from his extensive career experience, he shared the company's remarkable journey from a 6-person office in the planned economy era to its current position as an industry leader.

He emphasized that the cable industry is highly competitive, and only by maintaining a sense of urgency and persistently pursuing service innovation can the company achieve sustainable development amidst market transformations. "The key transition from good to great lies in responsibility and reverence," he stated. Chairman Yang encouraged the new employees to quickly adapt to their new roles, practice the "Four Diligences" principle in their work, and create value for the company through professional competence and a collaborative spirit. He specifically highlighted that Zetastone Cable provides a growth platform for every employee and expressed his expectation for the newcomers to stay grounded and realize their life's value through the "small mission" of working in the cable industry.
Deputy Chairman, General Manager, and Deputy Party Secretary Weijiang Tu addressed the new employees, outlining the current landscape of the industry and elaborating on the company's competitive advantages across three key areas: brand and products, service strategy, and culture and values.

Deputy Chairman and Deputy Party Secretary Nancy Chen interpreted the corporate culture philosophy for the newcomers and elaborated on the social responsibilities inherent to being an employee in a state-owned enterprise. She emphasized that "values guide behavior, and details determine professional excellence." This focus on cable quality and the ethical standards expected within the company was particularly emphasized.

Jixin Xu, a production and R&D expert in special cables, provided the trainees with systematic and highly practical training sessions. Covering everything from industry knowledge to hands-on skills, the content underscored the company's technological strengths and intelligent manufacturing capabilities. He also pointed out that the company would enhance the development of new talents through a mentorship system, supporting their rapid integration and contributing to the company's goal of "high-end manufacturing transformation and upgrade."

The program was guided by the cultivation principle of "Culture as the Foundation, Capability as the Compass." Through tailored modules encompassing corporate culture immersion, post-specific skill refinement, and practical team collaboration exercises, it accelerated the new employees' professional transition. This initiative aims to forge a dynamic new generation of talent capable of undertaking challenging tasks and achieving victories, thereby supporting the company's journey of innovation-driven and high-quality development.

The training featured rich content and a tightly scheduled program. An immersive learning experience in the production workshop enabled a deep integration of theory and practice. Team-building exercises at the Wuchan ChangLe Base honed collaboration skills. Furthermore, elite sales representatives were invited to share invaluable field experience, decoding career growth paths through real-world case studies, thereby constructing a comprehensive framework for the new employees' professional understanding.

This orientation program effectively presented Zetastone Cable's development blueprint to the newcomers – from its cultural DNA and business operations to its industry positioning and future vision. Every participant deepened their sense of belonging through learning and solidified their conviction through exchange. Standing at this new professional starting point, they unanimously expressed their commitment to wielding perseverance as their pen and dedication as their ink, writing the chapter of their youth on the new journey of intelligent cable manufacturing—moving in sync with the company, advancing hand-in-hand with the times, and collectively painting the magnificent picture of high-quality development in the cable industry.
