At the meeting, Secretary Xu Zhanhong delivered a special Party lecture titled "Building a High-Performance Organization" to all attendees. Starting from corporate culture and organizational health, and focusing on the characteristics of high-performing organizations, he cited the motto of the Chinese People's Anti-Japanese Military and Political University and put forward four requirements for organizational development.
First, "Unity" - tracing back to the concept of "benefits flowing from a single source" from the "Guanzi·State Reserves" of the Spring and Autumn Period, emphasizing the importance of team synergy to ensure aligned goals and unified actions.
Second, "Urgency" - maintaining a constant sense of pressure and crisis awareness to keep the organization vigilant and proactive.
Third, "Rigor" - fostering reverence for work by learning from Comrade Chen Yun's important principle: "Not obeying superiors blindly, not following books dogmatically, but seeking truth from facts through exchange, comparison, and repeated practice", thus developing meticulous work attitudes and disciplined conduct.
Fourth, "Vitality" - encouraging proactive engagement and continuous disruption of internal equilibrium to prevent excessive organizational entropy and inertia.
