In the face of the artificial intelligence wave, he noted that AI has gone beyond being merely a tool and has become an indispensable intelligent agent for enterprise survival and development. He called on the Council to carry out a dedicated research project titled "AI-Empowered Intelligent Manufacturing for the Wire and Cable Industry," conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends and application scenarios, accurately explore the transformation opportunities and pathways for Zetastone Cable, and use forward-looking research outcomes to lead the intelligent upgrading of the industry, fully supporting Zetastone Cable in moving toward the ranks of world-class enterprises.
Hu Min pointed out that, at the intersection of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, the company should strengthen planning and seize opportunities with a forward-looking strategic vision. It should closely follow policy guidance and actively take the lead in undertaking Zhejiang Province's "Pioneer" and "Leading Goose" science and technology programs, driving the high-quality development of the cable industry through high-level R&D and innovation.
Zhu Qingbo proposed that the Cable Research Institute should deepen government-enterprise collaboration, connect with authoritative international resources, and empower the wire and cable industry to consolidate its manufacturing foundation, build a technical system, and expand its global perspective, thereby promoting the industry's advancement into high-barrier and high-value-added fields.
Participants then exchanged views and offered targeted suggestions on foundational research and technological innovation in wires and cables, the application of emerging technologies such as AI across the full lean production process, global market layout, talent recruitment and development, and industry-university-research collaboration.
With the call of a new journey sounded and the blueprint for a new stage drawn, the Cable Research Institute will adopt a more pragmatic work style and a stronger spirit of innovation to inject powerful momentum into the high-quality development of the Group's high-end manufacturing segment.
